On the Development Issues of Forest Certification in China

Forest certification is also known as FSC certification or wood certification.Now,there are still many problems when promoting forest certification in China.In order to drive the healthy development of forest certification,the following issues should be addressed:strengthening the information and education,improving the capabilities of enterprises,enhancing the government supervision to regulate the market,strengthening the international exchange and cooperation to establish a mutual recognition system with FSC earlier,giving full play to the roles of forestry associations.
