PREDICTION OF THE FUNDAMENTAL, COMMUNAL AND STRATEGIC PROJECT ON LAND RESOURCES DEMAND IN HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE DURING THE NEXT 6 YEARS

There are vast land and rich mineral resources in Heilongjiang province. However, comparing with other provinces in the work of land resources, there is a gap in mineral resources and geology environment. According to the national and Heilongjiang's policy, and considering the provincial development strategy-Great Development and Accomplishing Xiao Kang, a systemic predication of economical, fundamental and communal geological mineral resources, environment and land resources project was introduced first time by this paper.
