Abstract
The study which takes the micronucleus test on mouse bone marrow cells using acridine orange staining for basic is to investigate the flurocscence reduction as divding ccolour and observing in fluorescence staining, and obtains a satisfying effect. Meanwhile, the study determines the induction of micronuclei by pesticide watermelon revive liquid (dosage:980, 196.15 and 98.07mg/kg). The resules show, the induction effects of micronucleus by pesticide watermelon revive liquid, three kinds of dosage are all negative.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
