A Brief Discussion on Basic Graduate Education and Administration Problem at University

Graduate education has successively gone through for several decades.In despite of obtaining stirring the achievement,we are also face with the danger of qualitying fall in graduate education.Basic graduate organization is an important part for the graduate education and the administration.It studied the characteristics,emphases and crux problem of the basic level graduate education and the administration in this article.At the same time,we also analyzed the position,function,responsibility and authority of the basic level graduate education;put forward the emphasis work of the graduate training,the tutor management and thought political education etc.;and discussed the crux problem of the mechanism innovation and management results for the basic level graduate training.
