Abstract
The effects of nitrogen application on several enzyme activities: the contents of chlorophyll, nitrate reductase (NR),superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT), malondialdehyde (MDA) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) were studied with the cultivar K326 under pot experimentThe results showed that the contents of chlorophyll, the activities of NR,SOD,CAT and PPO increased with the increase of nitrogen ratio, while the contents of MDA decreased.Although the degreed of changes were different on leaf position, but the optimum amount of nitrogen fertilization is 120kg/hm~2(7.92g per plant).
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
