Education for Chinese Students Who Majored in Law and Politics in Japan and Its Effect during the Late Qing Dynasty

In the wave of leaving for Japan to study in the late Qing Dynasty, the education in law and politics for the overseas students became quite obvious. From 1896 to 1911, thousands of Chinese students stayed in Japan for law and politics. Such education had profound effect upon early modern China's democratic revolutionary movement and even China's social , political development and early modern China's legal system. On account of special state situation and historical condition, its negative and limitation were also apparent.
