Abstract

Insomnia belongs to the Chinese medicine areas.The main disease of insomnia in the heart,due to the lack of preservation of spirit or disturbed,delirious and insomnia,and liver,spleen,stomach,bladder,and kidney yin and Yang Qi and blood disorders.Empirical,due to stagnation of liver qi stagnation and into fire,caused due to the uneasy.The treatment of traditional Chinese base on soothing the liver and regulating qi,with calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind.
