Abstract

In view of the particularity of the students in independent colleges and the reality of their thinking and behavior,this paper updates the idea,proposes the student work management concept of service-oriented,autonomy and systematization in order to improve the management effectiveness of the student work.The authors have carried on beneficial attempts in the student work and have obtained good results.
