Abstract

SMEs have become the important subject of technology and mechanism innovation in promoting China's scientific and technological progress and promoting intellectual property development.Because of small and inadequate IP protection,80.2% of SMEs do not have intellectual property sectors,88.5% of SMEs do not have patent licensing trade.There are many mistakes in IP protection that seriously hinder the development of enterprises.SMEs must strive to improve intellectual property protection in order to win in the competition.
