On the Perfection of Criminal Private Prosecution System in China

Abstract
There are some values in the present criminal private prosecution system in China.Yet,there are still lots of things that need to be improved such as the application scope of the criminal private prosecution cases,the right of collection of evidences,application of the convenient judicial procedure and time limitation of filing a lawsuit,which must be perfected when the criminal procedure law is revised soon.
