Abstract

Effects of ferric salt, stabilizer, temperature and oxidant dosage on yield and purity of the potassium ferrate were studied, and the preparation technology was optimized by orthogonal test L9(34).The results show that the optimal preparation conditions are as follows: using ferric chloride as ferric salt, combined use of stabilizers, temperature 40 ℃,oxidant dosage 40%.Under above conditions, yield and purity of the potassium ferrate are 64.6% and 98%.
