Abstract
The fetal biophysical profile scoring was made by using ultrasound and fetal electrical monitor to monitor the fetal biophysical movement in the late pregnancy.The late pregnant women are observed in many aspects including fetal heart rate,fetal breathing movement,fetal movement,fetal toneand,volume of amniotic fliud,of which the changes of each parameter is indicated by 2 point and 0 point.The score that exceed 8 indicates good prognosis,the score that below 5 indicates bad prognosis.We can predict fetal intrauterine information and their prognosis by monitoring BPS.BPS is the method with noninvasive,which can be easily operated and widely evolved as well as can decrease the false positive rate in the predicton of poor perinated outcome.
