Abstract

In order to improve the calculation accuracy of oil reserves by volumetric method,it is necessary to do meticulous research on reservoir effective thickness in calculating oil and gas reserves.Xingzichuan Oilfield is a typical low permeability porosity lithologic oil reservoir. From the low permeability reservoir geological characteristics, this paper is based on the reservoir four properties relation and establishes the relationships among lithological property, physical property,oil-bearing property and the electrical property of reservoir. With the oil test and core analysis data as the basis, this paper also studies geological logging, geophysical well logging, and full of reservoir different lithologic dissection of the characteristics by using quantitative statistical analysis of the calcareous, muddy intercalations logging to determine the dissection.Through this standard, comprehensive utilization of multi-parameter interpretation and reservoir effective thickness is used to improve the precision of interpretation and lay a base for the further oilfield development.
