Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the whole determination process of cadmium in rice by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, study the influencing factors of uncertainty, and evaluate the uncertainty.[Methods]The content of cadmium in rice was detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry according to the method of GB /T 5009.15-2003.In accordance with the requirements of JJF 1059-1999,the uncertainty components and the uncertainty of measurement results were evaluated.[Results]The result showed that the content of cadmium in rice was)(175 ±12) μg/kg,which was within the range of the standard value and uncertainty of standard material(180 ± 20) μg /kg.[Conclusion]The results of cadmium content in rice, which are determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry in this laboratory, are accurate and reliable.
