Abstract
The unification of the Outlook of Scientific Development and peaceful development can be seen in the socialist theory system of Chinese characteristics,which is the enrichment and development of socialism characteristics.The Outlook of Scientific Development is the guiding thought and core concept of peaceful development,which leads to the road of peaceful development of China by nature.The road of peaceful development of Chinese people is under the guidance of the Outlook of Scientific Development,which is the route chosen and objective direction of realizing modernizations.
