Analysis of Mis-Diagnosis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Located in Lower-Lobe

Objective:To investigate the mis-diagnosis reason of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis,in order to avoide or reduce the mis-diagnosis rate.Methods:54 atypical pulmonary tuberculosis patients who were treated from 2001 to 2007 in haspital were analysed carefully.Results:The treatment effect with anti-inflammation was ineffectual.After adjusting the therapeutic schedule,all patients were cure by treating with anti-tuberculosis.Conclusion:The atypical pulmonary tuberculosis is very similar to pneumonia in clinical syndrome and X-ray image,they are easily confused.If a patient were ineffectual by treating with anti-imflammation,it would be probably suffering from pulmmry tuberculosis.
