Idea Theory as Epistemology in Plato's Philosophy and its Impacts

Plato's idea theory is consisted of ontology and epistemology. As epistemology idea is a kind of cognition method which we can call essence intuition, and dialectic is the way to recognize. Idea as epistemology is the important guarantee to feasibility and credibility of human knowledge, and it makes deep infection on philosophic history. Aristotle, continental rationalism, Kant and Hegel's epistemology are all affected by it. On the contrary, absolute empiricism, which excludes idea theory, should lead us to agnosticism. In modern philosophy essence intuition theory in phenomenology is also inherited from Plato, We can see Plato's infection in Husserl , Heiddegger and Gadamer' epistemology.
