Abstract
When the small and medium-sized enterprises have been developing in China, they are facing a lot of serious problems, of which Circulating funds is the most difficult one. So it requires the financial institutions to increase the amount of loans for the small and medium enterprises to develop healthily on the premise of averting risk.
