Analysis of Economic Dynamic Efficiency in Taiwan

This paper reviews changing of economic dynamic efficiency in Taiwan since 1996 by models and theories of economic dynamic efficiency in macroscopical economic theory. The research result shows that economic dynamic efficiency in Taiwan is evident and fortified since 1996. But the classical macroscopical economic theory cannot explains this phenomenon, the further research finds that the capital flow is the key factor of economic dynamic efficiency melioration in Taiwan. The mainland China is the mian region of Tainese investment, is the important support of economic development in Taiwan, and has importance in improving economic dynamic efficiency in Taiwan.
