Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer and IL-17F and IL-17A. Methods The expression of IL-17F and IL-17A in 72 patients with colorectal cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the IL-17 F and IL-17A levels were analyzed in different pathological factors. Results The expression of IL-17F and IL-17A in cancer tissues were significantly higher than that of para-neoplastic tissues( P 0. 05). Multiple factors regression analysis showed that the expression of IL-17F and IL-17A was associated with lymph node metastasis, differentiation and TNM stage( P 0. 05). Conclusion The positive expression rates of IL-17F and IL-17A in cancer tissues in patients with colorectal cancer are high, and they are associated with lymph node metastasis, differentiation and TNM stage.
