Abstract

Objective:To discuss the teenagers orthodontic treatment for patients with mandibular second molar supernumerary third molar eruption position influential role.Methods:Etrospective analyzed from June 2008 to June 2010 orthodontic treatment in our hospital from pulling the mandibular second premolar 56 patients' clinical data and follow-up data,and with the same period were not pulling our mandibular second premolar 56 patients as control group,compared two sets of patients with mandibular third molar position before and after the treatment changes.Results:The observation group and control group patients before and after the treatment third molar position to had the varying degree change,the observation group mainly for mandibular third molar eruption gap increases,the long axis and the angle of cut teeth close plane of large amount of change.Conclusion:Mandibular second premolar after pulling,the third molar eruption clearance increased obviously,conduce to the jaw third molar normal eruption.
