Abstract

Along with global climate change,social and economic activities,large-scaled water resources project development in the Yangtze River Basin,the original temporal and spatial distribution of water resources in the Yangtze River Basin changes gradually,so,the most strict water resources management system should be implemented from the view of sustainable utilization of water resources and water resources safety.In the light of the situation of water resources in the Yangtze River Basin,the management thought train in the Yangtze River Basin is definited.On this basis,the 7 management systems on water resources in the Yangtze River Basin are put forward,i.e,setting up water resources planning system,perfecting water resources management system,setting up water resources allocation and regulation management system,perfecting permission system for water intake,setting up basin water saving system,gradually setting up water resources monitoring system,setting up water resources management basic work system.
