Multi-dimensional Analysis on Chinese Agricultural Achievements and Construction of Ideal Agricultural Model

From the implementation of household contract responsibility system in 1978 to the important strategy of the three issues concerning farmers,agriculture and rural areas in 2002,the agriculture in China had experienced more than 20 years of development,during which Chinese agriculture had achieved great development,bringing about enormous changes to rural areas and tremendous benefits to peasants.All these are of important and profound significance to further unify the awareness of whole party and society,speed up socialist new countryside construction,vigorously promote the urban and rural coordinating development,comprehensively implement the spirit of the Seventeenth Party Congress,thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development,comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society and create a new situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Through the analysis on the achievements in rural areas made since the reform and opening up,the paper discusses the existing problems in current rural industrial structure and proposes to build the ideal model of agricultural development.
