Abstract
With the latest information of digital TV, this paper creates a four-phase dynamic games model in TV industry between digital TV and traditional TV based on the theory of games, management and media. The model arms to find the strategic trend of digital TV which depended on whether the digital TV could builds up it's new payoff-pattern, not focus on the TV Ads, and recreates the content products or not.
