Abstract

University spirit is the soul of the University.University spirit appears in the spirit of the capitation phenomena should not be overlooked.Reconstruction of University spirit and rich campus culture are mutually reinforcing.By train and nurture academic freedom,inclusive spirit leading the cultural construction of University campus of the University,in a heavy accumulation of carrying forward the spirit of University campus culture,leads the independent innovation of cultural atmosphere;sea accepts hundred Rivers,to innovation and the development of University campus culture construction.
