An Empirical Study on Employment and Economic Growth in Inner Mongolia

There is a close relationship between employment and economic growth. Through b u ilding a regression model, this paper analyzes the quantitative relationship bet ween employment and economic growth during the period of 1985～2001. This model helps to have a basic understanding of employment growth in the recent years, an d propose policy suggestions for solving employment problems.
