Abstract
The factors influencing on the graft reaction of calcium lignosulfonate into acrylamide was investigated. The product structure has been analyzed by FTIR spectrum. At the same time, its properties such as thermal stability, tolerance and resistance to salt and calcium were also tested. The results showed that the feasible conditions for graft copolymerization were as follows:m(calcium lignosulfonate)∶m(acrylamide)=1∶5,the dosage of initiator was 4.2×10-3mol·L-1,reaction temperature was 50℃,and the reaction time was 2h.The infrared absorption spectrum of grafted product confirmed that the graft reaction of the calcium lignosulfonate with acrylamide was carried out.The product possessed the ability of thermal stability and resistance to salt and calcium.
