The definition of utility of value roots in people’s unsustainable inner impulse,and the rule of Temperance is an important attribute in nature system.The course of human beings’ surpassing nature justice is a course of human beings’ conquering nature and also a course of building ownership which belongs to human beings.Labor is the fundamental significance of social justice in social system which is the same as the equity of nature justice.Social systems should rebuild the equal and cooperative relationship which based on labor among people,which also is the fundamental principles for constructing social justice through nature justice.Although labor theory of value is not to human beings’ liking,it is in accord with nature justice.
