Strengthen the System of Socialist Consultative Democracy

Abstract

The Report to the 18th CPC National Congress set forth the concept of consultative democracy,thus promoting the consultative democracy to the level of state democratic system instead of political theory and practices.In order to strengthen the system of socialist consultative democracy,we need to improve the top- level structure from the aspects of theoretical structure,institutions systems,legislation,mechanism and practices,so that the consultative democracy will become a strategic platform for political development in China and more rooms will be provided for future political construction and development of democratic politics in China.
