Abstract
PURPOSE: To explore the cause of orbital fracture associated with diplopia by summarizing 68 cases,in order to offer reference for clinical treatment. METHODS: 68 cases of orbital fracture associated with diplopia were examined by maxillofacial surgeon and oculist,by analyzing the CT and X-ray films of whom to make clear the reasons of diplopia. RESULTS: Of the 68 cases, male was more than female, vertical diplopia was dominant, and generally with the changes of the orbital structure. CONCLUSION: The main cause of diplopia is for the changes of orbital structures. The doctors must take it seriously and give the patients timely treatment.
