Abstract

The methods and practical case of integrating urban planning and its EIA (environmental impact assessment)are demonstrated in the paper based on the in- vestigation to the status and problems of ecological urban planning and EIA.The results of the research indicate that integrating urban planning with its EIA can not only solve current problems of EIA,but also contribute to ecological innovation of urban planning,and eventually promote urban sustainable development.
