Abstract
【Objective】In order to observe facial paralysis patients Electromyography(EMG) test results, and summary the target rate of denervation and probability of occurrence.【Methods】43 cases of facial paralysis patients BR,doubleside nerve NCV(contains forehead, nose, eyes, and mouth areas),the amount of muscle and orbicularis muscle EMG results are analyzed.【Resluts】① take the nose area sites for example, denervation about 13.9% mild,25.0% moderate,36.1% severe, and 25.0% complete accounting;② In 60 years age or older group, the ratio of complete lesions was significantly higher than other degree lesions; In 19~40 years ages group, severe lesions was significantly higher than other degree lesions;③ Within seven days duration, the number of patients of mild and moderate denervation was about 1.80 times than that of severe and complete denervation;7~30 d duration, the number of patients of severe and complete denervation was about 3.29 times than that of mild and moderate denervation;greater than 30 days duration, the mild, moderate, severe and the number of patients with complete denervation rate was essentially flat.【Conclusion】In short duration(7 d) in patients, the low rates of primary denervation;in course of moderate(7~30 d) in patients, the high rates of denervation based;longer duration( 30 d) of the patients, loss of degree distribution of nerve rate was essentially flat.
