Abstract
Chicken ovalbumin gene 5′-flanking regulatory region of 1.00 kb fragment were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) from the genome of oviduct tissue. Sequence analysis showed that the TATA box and steroid-dependent response element hadn’t changed. The 1.00 kb regulatory sequence as a promoter can be used to promote exogenous gene expression in the chicken oviduct.
