Abstract
The artificial seismic waves that meet the requirements of Design Code of Earthquake-Resistant Structures of China(GB 50011-2001) are synthesized by using the recommended curve of earthquake influence coefficient. Then, the seismic response of a seismic isolated structure is analyzed by using the artificial seismic waves and the design seismic waves currently used in Japan separately. The level of presented artificial seismic waves is also assessed through the results of the seismic response in the paper, and some conclusions are obtained, which can be reference for design of earthquake resistant structure.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
