Abstract
As a kind of very complicated social phenomenon, the crime of corruption is the result of the comprehensive interaction of many factors . Only with a comprehensive control strategy and the combination of the moral self-discipline, the institutional discipline and the criminal justice punishment ,can we control the crime of corruption effectively .
