Abstract

A method of step-motor control based on SIMATIC-S7-200 is introduced in this paper. The step-motor is controlled by the impulse signals which are generated from the PTO function of PLC. In this way,the step-motor can run in accordance, and its speed and position could be controlled precisely. This method has the advantages of high positioning accuracy, easily settingt parameters, etc.
