Abstract
The crops heterosis is a common phenomenon in the biosphere,which can be found in agronomy,physiology and the biochemistry characters. This article mainly elaborates the research progress in heterosis prediction and fixed methods. At present,we mainly use the geography difference,population genetics,physiological biochemistry,molecular mark method to forecast heterosis. Fixed heterosis method includes choice fixation method,cloning reproduction method,apogamy method,amphidiploid method,tissue culture method,balanced lethal method and chromosomic structure variation method. The analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each method will provide a frame of reference for future utilization of heterosis.
