Abstract
The thermal transmittance of windows is analyzed based on the national calculation specification.A finite element model of windows was created for the thermal performance numerical simulation,in which the linear transmittance of the glazing is also considered.The detailed formula for calculating the windows linear thermal transmittance are proposed.The results show that numerical results by the linear transmittance agree well with those obtained by the experiment and satisfy well the calculation specification.The achievements in this paper may be referenced for the thermal transmittance analysis of windows.
