Abstract
Connecting with the actual situation of Shanxi Province,this paper constructs the evaluation index system for the regional competitive power in science and technology of Shanxi Province,determines the classifications of each city by using clustering method,establishes the prediction and evaluation model for the competitive power in science and technology of Shanxi Province based on the combination of entropy and classification algorithm,and puts forward some countermeasures for further strengthening the competitive power in science and technology and promoting social development of Shanxi Province.
