Abstract

Due to the complexity of steel industry, this paper proposes a whole simulation system for the reheating furnace. It describes the details of this system, especially for the module of optimization, the module of DCS loop, the dynamic model of reheating furnace and the component object model. The simulation shows that the results are satisfied.
