English is a commonly used language between British and America. Because of the different regions,there are some differences existing in the language with the development of it.Facing its differences,many students feel puzzled and don't know how to deal with it.To learn and communicate it better,this paper detailedly discusses its differences on spelling, pronunciation, choice of words and grammar.
