Abstract

Regional innovation system(RIS) is the ultimate guarantee of improving innovation ability and realizing span development of Xinjiang.The article started from the new position of establishing regional innovation system,analyzed conditionality factors of establishing regional innovation system at new epoch and put forward some measures and suggestions.The study is expected to promote the construction of innovative Xinjiang province.
