On the Political Quality of American Judicial Power

The judiciary is one of the important power centers in American society.According to American constitution,the judiciary should keep its independence and political neutrality.But during the process of defending its independence and resisiting the interference of the legislative power and administrative power,it has to entangle itself in the political powers' conflicts.In fact,judges can't get rid of the contact with politics.In America,the judiciary represents a lot of political conflicts.The judiciary is an indispensable part in the political frame of separation of powers and checks and balances designed by the constitution creators.It can't free itself from the destiny of fighting and conflicting among political powers.
