Abstract

The annual output of our edible fungus industry has been taken the first place in the world . The polysaccharide from Lentinula edodes is one of fungus polysaccharides.It is regarded as one of the most promising resources of functional factor and drugs.To discuss the review that had studed on extraction method,structural analysis,biological activity of polysaccharide from Lentinula edodes at home and over sea in the near future .
