Abstract

The deformation resistance of SWRH82B steel during different hot deformation was studied through thermo-compression experiment on Gleeble-1500 thermal force simulating machine.The mathematical model of its deformation resistance is established.Results show that the effect of deformation temperature on deformation resistance is the most,at the same deformation rate,the higher deformation temperature,the lower deformation resistance,the effect of deformation rate on deformation resistance takes the second place,deformation resistance is on the rise with the increase of strain rate,when deformation reaches critical deformation of beginning dynamic recrystallization,the deformation resistance increase slowly,the effect of deformation extent on deformation resistance is less,at the same temperature,the deformation resistance increases with the rise of deformation extent,when deformation resistance reaches the highest,it occurs different extent decreasing with the increasing of deformation extent.
