The LVET combined with high ligation for lower extremity varicose vein

Objective To compare the clinical results of endovenous laser treatment(LVET) combined with high ligation for lower extremity varicose vein.Methods Randomly draw on 100 patients,they conform into standard and exclusion criteria,according to the operation method is divided into The LVET combined with high ligation group(50 cases) and LVET group(50 cases).Operation time,postoperative pain,hospital stay,number of incision,postoperative complications,recent recurrence rate(12 months) were compared with each other.Results Followed up for 12 months.The LVET combined with high ligation group in operative time,postoperative pain,hospital stay were no statistically significant difference compared with LVET group(P 0.05),patients in LVET combined with high ligation group was more number of incision,postoperative complications than other group(P 0.05).But the former is superior to the latter in terms of recurrence after surgery in the near future(P 0.05).Conclusion The LVET combined with high ligation is lower in Recent recurrence rate than pure laser.The LVET combined with high ligation is more safety and effective.It is worthy to be popularized.
