Abstract
The optimal conditions of laccase production from pleurotus ostreatusAx3 were studied and the results are follows: the incubation temperature is 25℃,pH value and C/N of culture media is 5.5 and 0.252/(0.021(g/L),)respectively;Laccase activity can be promoted 12 times by adding 0.1%of Tween80. The results from studies of properties of laccase showed that optimal reaction temperature is 25℃, and pH value is 2.8; the reaction buffer made of succinic acid is the best one;Mn~(2+), Cu~(2+), and Zn~(2+) are activators for laccase activity and Mn~(2+) is the best one. Ag~(+), K~(+), Fe~(2+) and Ca~(2+)are inhibitors for laccase activity and Ag~(+) showed the hightest inhibition.
