Technical Indicators and Test Inspection Methods of Materials for Rock Fill Dam with Cutoff Wall,Nuozhadu Hydropower Project

Abstract

Embankment of the dam with cutoff wall,Nuozhadu Hydropower Project,is in a huge quantity.The embankment materials are various.The cutoff wall is built by soil with gravel mixed.This is the first time in high earth-rock fill dam in China.In combination with design indicators of the project,in this paper,parameters of dam body embankment are introduced.In precondition of high construction strength and high quality standard,how to obtain the inspection results of dam body compaction rapidly and accurately is studied so as to provide design and construction of similar super-high earth-rock fill dam with reference.
