Abstract
The open communication protocols employed in Building Automation System (BAS) of intelligent building currently are BACnet and LonWorks. After comparing the structure and characteristic of these protocols in detail, this paper points out that the relationship between BACnet and LonWorks is complementary but not competitive, of which LonTalks is suitable for control networks and BACnet is good at information management.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
