Analysis of patent operation of the medicine enterprises in China

In this paper,we introduced the situations and analyzed the reasons why the patent operation of the medicine enterprises has not effectively been carried out in our country.We analyzed and compared in detail the main ways of patent operation containing patent transfer,patent permission,cooperation,joint venture,pledge and patent investment.Then,we proposed related strategies to promote patent operation by strengthening patent operation consciousness,improving patent quality,expertly using patent information,establishing a scientific value assessment mechanism of patent assets,cultivating talents and establishing and perfecting related policy system and working mechanism of patent operation.
